How Can I lose 75 Pounds Fast in 5 Months - Kimberley's Story

5 months ago, Kimberley Watson, 32, was tipping the scales at  244 pounds (111kg) and wore a dress size 22 thanks to an addiction to greasy take aways and full-fat coke. Her weight ballooned so much she developed an unbearable “tyre of fat” around her neck that made watching TV with her partner Matt an uncomfortable nightmare.

The mum-of-two from Newham, east London said: “I was constantly eating fast food, almost on a daily basis. I was eating lots of greasy food late at night and drank around two litres of coke a day. Every morning I would skip breakfast and so by lunch I would feel like I could make up for it, grabbing a McDonald’s on the go, pasties and cakes from Greggs bakery or visiting the chip shop at work to buy fried chicken and kebabs."

The hospital worker said she realised things needed to change and cut out the greasy takeaways and soft drink for good - which saw her lose an incredible 75 pounds in 5 months. Now she is a size 12-14, weighs 170 pounds can now watch her favourite television shows in peace.

Hospital worker Kimberley said that falling pregnant with her daughter Hollie, 13, at the age of 19 was the catalyst for her weight gain, because she would always give in to her constant junk food cravings. While she tried other diets in the past with no success, Kimberley credits her weight loss to following the Custom Keto Diet Programme.
