How to lose 180 Pounds in 3 Months - Success Story

A mum who felt like she'd let down her children because of her weight has managed to lose 12st in two years after dropping her old unhealthy eating habits. Emma Hopkins has gone from 340 pounds to160 pounds after a photo of her in a swimming pool prompted her to make a change. 

Emma, 40, from California, said her old weight left her feeling "awful" and was damaging her health, but her weight loss has changed her life and left her feeling happier and more confident. 

"In 2018, I was at my lowest point ever. I had no self worth or confidence. I wouldn't socialise and always worried that no one liked me because of my size.My health wasn't good, carrying all that weight. I was in constant pain, felt awful all the time and was getting worn out every time I wanted to play or do anything with my two children."

A photograph taken on a day out with her children made her decide it was time to do something about her weight. "I tried to blank it out," she said. "I was in denial that I needed to lose weight.
